Get In TouchDes Eck Welding was founded in 1996 by David Chupp’s father. It is built on a foundation of hard work, craftsmanship, and community values. From its early days in a small shop, the company has grown into a modern, full-capability welding and fabrication facility serving customers across the region.
In 2010, David took over daily operations, continuing the family tradition while expanding capabilities with state-of-the-art equipment like laser cutters, robotic welders, and a precision press brake. Today, Des Eck Welding supports a wide range of clients, from horse farms to manufacturers, with a team of dedicated, quality-conscious employees.

David grew up in the shop, learning the trade alongside his father. Since taking the reins in 2010, he’s expanded the business while keeping its heart of quality work and honest service intact. David leads both customer relationships and production with a hands-on approach and a deep respect for the craft.
Des Eck Welding is home to a close-knit team of skilled welders, fabricators, and support staff, thirteen in total. Each is committed to doing the job right the first time. Many have been with us for years, and all share the same pride in workmanship that the company was founded on.
